Arrived early pleansately served early offered no drink. Hairdresser disappeared on his phone for 10-15 mins. Then the quickest cut ever? Sorry went.

I arrived a few mins early and had to wait but wasn't offered a seat .
I was supposed to have a consultation but it was just the hairdresser asking me what I wanted during which he shouted he couldn't hear and I had to repeat myself over and over... He didn't offer any advice at all and was abrupt. Didn't help me feel at ease. I was supposed to get special conditioning treatment but that was skipped .
While cutting my hair he was nervous and kept telling me to keep still. I was too scared to move . He was a nervous wreck. I couldn't wait to get out
Will not return .
