I arrived a few mins early and had to wait but wasn't offered a seat .
I was supposed to have a consultation but it was just the hairdresser asking me what I wanted during which he shouted he couldn't hear and I had to repeat myself over and over... He didn't offer any advice at all and was abrupt. Didn't help me feel at ease. I was supposed to get special conditioning treatment but that was skipped .
While cutting my hair he was nervous and kept telling me to keep still. I was too scared to move . He was a nervous wreck. I couldn't wait to get out

The venue was nice and staff extremely friendly, they were playing good music as well which was nice for a Friday. The cut and blow dry were good, such a shame that it was all let down by the stylist putting an excess amount of oil on my hair. It immediately felt greasy and limp. Felt like my hair needed to be washed again, I had to use dry shampoo that night to make it look ok. Simple mistake that could have been avoided unfortunately.
