Misleading offer on treatwell that I paid for and was charged more at the end. Staff weren't apologetic and claimed I'd had extra services which wasn't true. Won't be visiting again or using treatwell for hair.

My experience in this salon was perfect! I got a really warm welcome by all the staff when I came in and a complimentary glass of wine. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't had my hair cut for a while so it was quite damaged and I really didn't want to lose too much length before my holiday in 2 weeks. Joseph cut my hair and he was lovely. He asked me exactly what I wanted and listened, but also advised me on what would and wouldn't look good with regards to the layers. I didn't feel rushed, I felt pampered and looked after and my hair is in such a better condition now! Will definitely return for another cut and balayage.. :)
