Loved my cut, blow dry and style, quick and easy.
The wash could have been a bit more comfortable (the seat is a bit low for the headrest) and the temperature kept changing. Other than that everything was great! Thanks

I've been coming here for a year and I love it, they're always really nice and can't offer you enough coffee, wine and popcorn. I usually always have an amazing cut colour and blow dry here which is why I've been coming now for more than a year BUT this time I had a newer lady and I was really unimpressed. She was nice and polite, talkative etc but the colour wasn't left on long enough and I still have roots at the back of my head. Really disappointing when I only go every 3 months so will have to come quicker now. Also, the cut is bad, i asked for just the ends off (just under an inch) and she took much more than that, more like 2.5ins and just made it look like a long bob when it was past my shoulder blades before it's now just under my collarbones, but the worst part was the blow dry. Last time I went I had the best blow dry I've ever had and I was thrilled with my hair, but this time it was horrific. It was so bad I asked her to re-do it which she did with straighteners to make it a wavy blowdry like I asked, not a flicky straight hair-do which looked like it belonged on a 50yr old, not a 25yr old. After she used the straighteners it just looked curly, REALLY curly and with all the hairspray she put in it it went crispy and awful. I had a party that night and i didn't go in the end because my hair genuinely looked terrible, I nearly cried in the salon and I hate feeling like that when I've been specific, showed her pictures of MY OWN HAIR last time I got it done at THAT SALON. Next time I will only trust Georgina with my hair there unfortunately.
