Staff were friendly and helpful. I was nearly charged additional for longer hair-but reminded them I’d already bought a voucher to cover that. I did have to provide a bit more direction to what I was wanting rather than receiving a recommendation but staff were happy to follow my directions.

Great visit to Gusto - wouldn't go anywhere else you always get a consistently good haircut/blow dry/style. It's the best salon I've been to after two years of living in London!
