Emile was fantabulous.. He stops st every stage and checks with you how you’d like your colour, cut and the desired length. I personally prefer that than being surprised at the end of the cut and cutting a sorry figure.
The drawbacks is it’s a tiny venue and too busy that sometimes it can be a bit much.
The other hairdresser dropped shampoo foam on my feet and did not even apologise (tiny things but hey come on it could piss you off)
But I really liked Emile and his suggestions for my colour, I’m happy with my overall cut and colour.

Absolutely enjoyed my appointment at Gusto. My hairdresser was lovely and listened to what I wanted. She was quick and did a lovely blow dry finish. Couldnt have been more happier with the result.

I had to wait 20 minutes before a different hairdresser came to do my hair and it seemed that it'd been overbooked. I also didn't receive the full conditioning treatment I'd booked and the whole appointment just felt rushed. The stylist did an ok job and a decent blowdry but it felt like a very basic cut. I felt very unhappy with the service however i do think it's to do with them trying to cram in too many appointments.
