Lovely girl and salon, Lashes done in around 45 mins and looked really nice for about a week or so... until they started falling out in clumps taking 3/4 of my natural lashes with them at a time. Fine for a quick & cheap fix but will now take months of regrowth for my natural lashes to recover

I’ve been dying my hair blonde over the last few visits from my natural brown. I told Rachel that I like it better after a week or two as it looks better with a root. So she managed to do all the way to my roots whilst still blending a slightly darker root. I love that the girls know exactly what to do to get the outcome I want and manage my expectations.
