All was great, as usual. Glad to get the haircut, despite my late arrival. We both forgot about styling the hair (twisting into curls) before drying, so it became very frizzy afterwards. It shouldn't have been blow-dried (even partially) without a diffuser. Otherwise, very happy with the cut.

Last visit I was happy with the color and was told a record would be kept to make sure I could get the same. This wasn't done, I was told they never kept records but just "remember".
I had a treatwell voucher which wasn't accepted, (first time that happens) offered to pay with any kind of credit or debit card, not accepted either, cash only! Very disappointing visit.
