The salon is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed but also professional and well run. Rachel made sure to listen to what I wanted and to offer advice as well as checking throughout the cut and styling about how I wanted things done. Very reasonably priced, esp for West End. Would definitely recommend

I was very satisfied with the whole process. It was very relaxing, received a hot drink and a biscuit, and it was obvious that Natalie was very experienced as she knew exactly what would suit me.
