I haven’t had my hair cut professionally in many years due to some bad previous experiences, so I was slightly nervous. But, Joanne paid attention to what I wanted and what my hair was doing as it dried, and this is my favourite haircut I’ve ever had!!! Could not be happier with how it turned out and the experience.
