Tried to use drill on my bare nail to remove the cuticles. Not necessary, would damage my natural nails and not hygienic. Not only that but one of my nails chipped within 2hrs of having them done (gel also!) and a week later I can’t remove!!

The lady was patient and very nice, she helped me choose another colour to cover up the first layer of gel that I realised was a bad colour that I picked. I think the place wasn’t the most luxurious and maybe it could’ve been cleaner with the nail tools. But overall, it’s good and I think the nail techs are very skilled at what they do!
