Very disappointed loyal customer. I have been coming to oh fleurs every three weeks and was never advised that for biab infill needed to be redone every three sessions. After 8 days of my last treatment, my nails started lifting and after complaining was told that it was my fault for doing infill rather than starting from scratch. I asked to have them taken off and was charged £20 - half the price of a biab service for 1/5th ot the time. disappointed and won’t return.
