i believe clients should always be treated with respect, even when they don’t come from the same place as you. in a big diverse city like london in the year 2025 i can’t enter a place and be bullied in chinese/vietnamese. the girl gave me a totally different color of nails than the one i wanted and her colleagues laughed at me the entire time thinking i wasn’t understanding. what was your goal, losing a client? you don’t earn nothing by being evil

I arrived at the venue and was told my appointment had been double booked so could I come back 45 mins later. So I did, and when I went back, there was another woman waiting and she said she had an appointment then. Such a mess and not worth the hassle.
