Confirmed everything over WhatsApp beforehand and was quoted 43 for a replacement plus manicure. On the day they said they couldn’t remove my existing BIAB, but assured me the price was the same. Then I was asked for 10 extra for a thick layer, when I’d clearly said thin since the base was already there. Worse than the price is the result. The shape of my natural nails is ruined after months of growing them out, the filing is uneven, and my thumbs and the French are noticeably off.
