Overall not a great experience. The hairdresser arrived late to the appointment and it all felt quite rushed. The head massage was minimal and the cut wasn't very even and far too short! I did ask for a little more to be taken off but I wish she had said she'd already taken more off than we originally said, it just felt there wasn't much consulting or help. She also kept telling me how broken my hair was which made me feel very self conscious - not what you want to hear when trying to relax.
