A great experience, as usual! I never go for crazy haircuts / hair styles so for the past year I have been experimenting with a bit of bleach and colour. I wasn't sure what I wanted but Anna immediately knew how to go about it in a way that preserved the health of my natural hair. It was amazing how much time and care went into doing a balayage. It is definitely something only a professional can accomplish. I trust Anna with my hair the same way I trust my GP with my health!
