Aggressive, painful, left cuts and scars around my eyes. Worst haircut I’ve ever had. This woman Anna does not care about her clients, so rude and terrible atmosphere. I was going to complain but I was so angry I didn’t want to have a full on argument with this incompetent woman as it could easily have escalated. This business should be mindful how they treat people in future.
