The stylist didn't understand my instructions but also didn't seek clarification or check in with me during the cut. I asked for an undercut and explained what this was and she didn't understand or admit that she didn't understand, so I gave up. I explained I wanted my hair to be a nice shape as it was a grown-out style, but I was just given a completely blunt trim. I did suceed in getting the stylist to give me layers around the front, but this was done unevenly.
