The haircut was amazing. Anna is really good with the head massage while washing my hair. It was so pleasant I'd never want to leave the chair! She was also very caring and expressed her concern over my hair loss (I had spoken with her about it a couple of months ago when she was cutting my hair the first time). My only small issue was with arriving at the salon on time but having to wait over 10 minutes. All else was very good.
