The only thing I can say is that I left the salon without the blow dry finished 1 hour and 20 min after they started washing my hair. It was a very bad experience as they advertise the blow dry lasts 30 min, I assume that my long hair needs between 45 and 1 hour of work, but when 1 hour after they had only dried half of my hair, I told the apprentice that I have a train in 30 min, and none of her managers tried to help her. I am not going to blame her, as all of us need to learn, but if things are going wrong although your are a discount client a responsible can take the control of the situation. I washed and dried my hair to attend the event I had the following day, because it was impossible to amend that "un-finished" look.

what an amazing salon! from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the front of house team who greeted my with a warm welcome and smile i was then taken though to the spa for my lovely manicure and pedicure - treatments were fantastic! Great ambience and wonderful friendly staff i cant wait to go again for some more pampering! cant wait to tell all my friends about this wonderful haven

Obsessions is more than a salon and spa. It's the 'best friend' you catch up with; understanding you - never pushing; championing your inner and outer quest for change and honouring your those times when all you want is the consistency of 'the usual please'.
Danny B's head-massage is worth crossing continents for! Karen's quiet leadership embues everything with her quest for excellence and care. I have never encountered a member of the team who seemed to see their role as 'only a job'.

I love Obsession and I use both the salon in Lichfield and Branston for various things.
Karen is a wicked hairdresser. The staff are fab and it is always a treat to go there.
I think I am addicted.
There are always some special offers, and wicked wenesdays are fantastic.
You can relax with a drink and be pampered. What more can I say, I'm hooked.
