Hi, I’m writing regarding the manicure and pedicure I had at your salon on Sunday the 20th.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service I received. The male staff member who attended to me came across as if he didn’t want to be there, which made the experience very unpleasant. More importantly, the quality of the pedicure was extremely poor. After paying £50, my feet were still visibly dry and cracked and did not look like they had just had a pedicure at all.

Good gel pedicure but very loud salon. The lady next to me was on calls on loud speaker. This should be banned so people can relax in the salon.
