Booked for a French acrylic set as a gift for my friend online and she ended up receiving full set acrylic with normal nail polish. Very bad communication since I called before on the phone to make sure what to book exactly, as prices are very unclear in here. I expected them at least to move forward and make her pay whatever extras she needed to pay! But that wasn’t advised at all.
