My previous visits to this salon have been top notch. The range of colours is enormous and the staff are quick but do a wonderful job. I have gotten so many compliments about my nails that I decided I would come in to see these lovely ladies every couple of weeks to keep them looking good. So I was surprised that the manicure this time wasn't up to the usual standard. I called to talk to them about it I was told I would get a text message so I could send pics back and also be given a time to come back in. It's been two days and I haven't heard back and the gels are starting to peel which has never happened before, they usually last more than 2 weeks. I understand that sometimes people have a bad day and I'm disappointed that when given a chance to put things right they've opted to ignore me instead.

I didn't like the service :( The girl was friendly but the manicure was not good at all. The colour wasn't the one that I chose but I thought that's ok let's not cause any trouble. However the manicure was bad - there was excess of the top coat on most of the nails which left some small bubbles on the nail. Really disappointed.
