I was utterly disgusting by my end result of a so called delux hard skin removal pedicure as the whole experience was painful as too much skin and nail had been clipped away and left my toes/nails sore and red. It took the therapist around 5-6 attempts to paint my nails and in end looked a complete mess. Also made me late for my next appointment which upset me. I explained to the Manager that I was not happy with service but was given excuses and still made to pay full price of around £35 which is a complete joke for what I received. Very angry and dissatisfied- Icannot and will not recommend this salon and it should not be advertised on Treatwell as no other customer should receive this kind of treatment. I will certainly seek a refund as this is not acceptable for a recommended beauty salon.
