I usually love it here but since moving they've employed more staff who aren't as good and a receptionist who can be particularly pushy and makes me feel uncomfortable. They can be really good though so it seems to depend who you get and when you go and if the receptionist gets involved whilst you're there or not

The semi permanent lashes are great, I've had these done a few times at different places and usually in the first day a few will fall out, but I have had any fall out this time. I asked for them to be a bit fuller at the outside and the lady was more than happy to add a few more. The staff were all lovely, I was very impressed.

Such a nice shellac mani/pedi - even though they were busy they didn't rush, the pedi was especially good!
