I usually have a great experience at this place, but my pedicure was far from satisfactory this time around. My toenail's polish is already chipped less than a week after my pedicure, and the skin on my toes feels quite rough. The rest of the nails were also painted quire carelessly. I would expect more for a steep price of £35.
The lounge itself was extremely untidy and messy. We were asked three times what treatment had booked and then asked another three times whether we had booked shellac or normal nail treatments. Staff didn't seem to know what we were there for. The pedicure itself was ok but when I asked her to re-do one of my toes she just sighed. There was also a pot of old dry skin laying next to the treatment area which was disgusting to look at let alone unhygienic.
