My first time getting my eyebrows shaped and Preeti did an incredible job. While I was there a previous customer complained that she had taken too much off and was "livid" but her eyebrows looked incredible? Can't please everyone! Preeti was great and made my first eyebrow threading experience very pleasant!

Nail and Beauty lounge had a good selection of gel nail colors, and they were ready for me as soon as I arrived for my appointment. I liked that the nail tech didn't expect me to chat--its always relaxing to just sit in calm silence. I definitely appreciated her attention to detail in filing my nails, and she applied three coats of shellac. My only caveat would be that this wasn't the cleanest or tidiest of nail salons. Everything was covered in nail dust, and the implements were soaked in the same liquid over and over again--as opposed to some salons I have gone to in London which remove implements from hygienic packs in front of you. This, of course, is no reflection on the staff (who were all lovely and attentive) but the establishment itself. Honestly though, the price was so decent that I can see myself booking another appointment there when convenient (maybe not a pedicure, but a manicure certainly).

They were running a bit late and weren't that friendly. Extensions look good but service wasn't the best.
