Rushed, unfortunate and disappointing experience due to staff - seemingly under pressure from the venue - to be more concerned with how many people they push in and out rather than the satisfaction of the customers who are in there. When I mentioned to management I had some concerns about the way the lashes turned out I was greeted with a "we have another customer who needs this room so..." and had to ask for care tips which they clearly couldn't be bothered to waste time providing.
I would've just dealt with it and brushed it off as poor customer service and a place I wouldn't go back to but now - not even 3 days later - I've already lost multiple lashes from each eye with the first falling off that same evening.
The staff themselves are nice but the venue's overall "more in, more out" attitude negatively reflects the quality of the product and rushed services they supply.
