I have visited this salon approx 6x in the past for Hollywood hot wax and always rated this place highly. However the staff have all recently changed and I have experienced bad waxes twice. The second time I have been left with bruised, burnt and patchy skin due to the therapist poor technique. And sadly cleanisness has gone downhill with the therapist double dipping into the wac throughout. I hope this salon goes back to the experienced staff as this was a great local and friendly place before.

A great find for getting my eyebrows and a gel manicure! Having just moved to London I have been looking for somewhere local and came across this. The prices are a bit more expensive than others but I received amazing nails and eyebrows so although questioning whether the price was worth it I was extremely happy in the end!!! Although the shop itself looks a bit run down the staff are lovely, there's loads of colours to choose from and when you get the manicure you get file, buff and your cuticles done unlike some places where they just file! This is my new pampering spot in London!

Appalling service and will never return. Having booked a wax over a week ago for Monday, I received an email saying the appointment had been rescheduled for two weeks time.. I then called the venue and was told they would come back to me about rescheduling. I gave them my availability and they never got in touch. I then reschedule myself through the app for today. On Friday the appointment again was rescheduled for Sunday without asking. I again rang then venue to be told they were unable to do the original time. Why did it take 4 day for them to tell me? If you book an appt at a certain time On a certain day it usually implies you can't do another day.. dreadful customer service. Dreadful scheduling system. Not the first time this has happened to me here so I will not return
