Amazing manicure - nails have lasted for 3 weeks! Usually they are a state by now! Thank you :)
However, booked to have eye lash extensions and wasn't told until part way through my eye brow treatment that the stylist was off sick and I would be refunded. I then had to call treatwell to get the £49 refund when it still hadn't materialized 2 weeks later! Very disappointing...

Nail tec didn’t seem to be knowledgeable about what she was doing and could have been more efficient. However any issues were fixed with a more knowledgeable nail tec and was very reassuring and through with the treatment Although it did take some excessive length of time. Overall will visit again as I was happy with the finishing results.
