No Manicure as described, used an electric device for the cuticals. Rubbed skin raw in some places and left nails in bad condition. No handcream and stick the shellac to my finger and had to file off at the end leaving an unclean finish. I've been a few times, but will be trying somewhere new. Also running 30 mins late for appointments booked.

Mercy is always very pleasant and tries to help! Carolina needs to listen to the customer and try to follow what she wants done. Didn't seem very Hygienic. I caught a cold the next day.
