This was a great manicure but my appointment time and technician were changed back and forth a number of times in advance , this place needs to sort out their systems and rota so you can make a booking slot that you can rely on.

Appointment got changed 5 minutes before from 6.30 to 6.55 so I was left waiting. Last customer of the day so they were clearly in a rush to get me out of the door - two nails chipped/flaked within the same evening so I had to go back and have them fixed.

Lovely place and the lady who did the facial was so helpful and quick. We had a nice chat throughout the treatment which made it more enjoyable, too.

Manger is so lovely here and so professional, works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly! One of the girls had no clue how to do gel sculpting and had it coming off my finger at a right angle but this was quickly sorted. Overall loved my nails, great price and lovely atmosphere. I recommend to all my friends!!
