Overall I'm very happy with the service. My extensions were done with great attention to detail, and the lady was very professional. Both her and the manager worked together to make sure I'm happy with the result. You get offered a drink as you wait for your appointment as well. I was also offered complimentary eyebrow threading/tinting as I spent over £45, which I thought was a really nice touch. Only slight minus I would say is that my appointment time was moved on the day of it (was 11:30 moved to 11:45 at 7am that day), and when I arrived and sat waiting it was further delayed by 10 mins-11:55). I understand sometimes there might be delays due to another client being late etc, but I've seen this problem in other reviews so I would say be careful and don't book it when you have very limited time. That being said I felt taken care of and the ladies are all lovely, and I would recommend this place and go back myself.

always love going here...the girls are so nice and do a great job. lovely salon but a little bit pricey.
