Although the staff were lovely, unfortunatley the quality of my manicure was very low. The lady cut my middle finger when doing the cuticle cleaning, and at midday today - less than 24 hours after the manicure the polish on both of my ‘pointer fingers’ has come off... I have not done any unusual activity that would cause these to flake off, so I’m really not happy.
I will be ringing to see if I can get the two that have come off re-done.

I booked a full leg and Hollywood wax and was so pleased with my experience here. The girl who did the wax was professional and knew what she was doing! The spa was bright and clean. I would definitely come again

I was really looking forward to my md brows. Got there and the therapist was doing my eyebrows. The therapist didn’t ask me anything about how I wanted my brows and I tried to show her several pictures and she was quite dismissive. At the end of the treatment I was shown my eyebrows and they were uneven not only in shape but also in symmetry on my face. Plus, my left eyebrow was very messy. I queried the unevenness and the therapist then denied this was true. At this point, the Manager came over and I thought that she would be quite reassuring. However, instead she asked me if it was my first time having md brows and insinuated I had no idea what I was talking about. I may not have had md brows before but it’s not difficult to see when your brows are uneven. My skin was then dyed to make up for the unevenness which made it even worse. After having my eyebrows butchered and being told I was wrong and that they were not going to admit they were in the wrong they then ignored me as they knew I had already paid. I left the shop as I knew a refund was out of the question and no one spoke to me as I left.
I returned home and scrubbed what was done off and the unevenness was highlighted even more.
I ended up having to go to benefit the next day so they could sort them whilst buying even more eyebrow products so I could sort this.
If I could give no stars I would.
