Disappointed by my manicure and shellac removal. Ruined the surface of the nail with very aggressive scrubbing. After removal of shellac my 'full manicure' did not involve rinsing my hands, no soaking, no cream, no cuticle oil. She then applied base cost which was thick and old and appeared lumpy because of the left over shellac and bits of unwashed nail. I asked for this to be redone which she did do.
Cuticle removal ended up in bleeding cuticles... when I asked about it, she said it was the filing - perhaps use a less coarse one?
I can only say the nail polish was applied neatly. Although the next day nails have already chipped. The polish must be cheap.
The lady at the counter suggested applying cuticle oil before I left, seemed a bit late but better than never, she was pleasant.
Won't be returning.. waste of money, I have to reapply polish a day later and my hands are still sore.
