The experience was okay. My eyelashes fell out veryyyy quickly. After a week they were pretty much gone which was very disappointing. They looked great but just didn’t hold up well. The staff were having some sort of dispute outside that I could clearly hear, that wasn’t the most relaxing thing. I probably wouldn’t come again as they’re raised their prices quite a bit.

The wax was awful. She tugged and tugged and couldn't get the wax strip off, leaving me with red, irritated skin. She also left lots of hair. Very disappointing. I'll only go back for a wax here if I can see Reshma as she was much better.
