my appointment got moved 30mins early which was fine but then the lady doing my nails was 10mins late. while doing my nails she made three of my finger nail beds bleed so wasn't the best experience for me.

Not the worst but definitely not the best. Some staff members at times were unfriendly and aloof whilst another quite pleasant. Not blown away by manicure however pleased with the pedicure.

Very professional, lovely staff. Eyelash extensions were so relaxing, I fell asleep! They look so natural, just want I wanted. Thank you very much.
