The team are fantastic and have previously been very happy with the service. Eyebrow threading is excellent! Sad to say that I won’t be returning due to poor management and booking system. I booked an appointment and travelled for over an hour to get there. When I arrived the lady who does the treatment wasn’t in and the manager was rude (and made out I should know!). Obviously I was disappointed because I had travelled so far to get there and nobody called to let me know I wouldn’t be able to have the treatment. Such a shame as the rest of the staff are really lovely.

my appointment got moved 30mins early which was fine but then the lady doing my nails was 10mins late. while doing my nails she made three of my finger nail beds bleed so wasn't the best experience for me.

Not the worst but definitely not the best. Some staff members at times were unfriendly and aloof whilst another quite pleasant. Not blown away by manicure however pleased with the pedicure.
