Always great here and the staff are super friendly.
My only annoyance is that they recently have changed the time of my booking without asking. So I'll just get an email saying "your booking has been changed" but most of the time, I can't make the new time because I can't get there that quickly from work.

The team are fantastic and have previously been very happy with the service. Eyebrow threading is excellent! Sad to say that I won’t be returning due to poor management and booking system. I booked an appointment and travelled for over an hour to get there. When I arrived the lady who does the treatment wasn’t in and the manager was rude (and made out I should know!). Obviously I was disappointed because I had travelled so far to get there and nobody called to let me know I wouldn’t be able to have the treatment. Such a shame as the rest of the staff are really lovely.
