Usually very good but this time the nail technician wasn’t very thorough and the shape of my nails isn’t great. She then didn’t listen when I asked her to correct the ones I was unhappy with. I also asked for a protein base which she didn’t seem to even know what it was and then applied such a thin base it was practically pointless. Very surprised as I’m usually extremely happy with my nails from here.
