Overall the manicure itself is fine and for less than £30 you can’t really complain. The salon has a good colour selection and they work quickly and efficiently - although it really is a no frills experience, no hand massages at the end and I wasn’t even given the luxury of having my cuticle oil rubbed in. The vibe really isn’t for me, made worse by blaring house music at 10.30 in the morning. Dirty surfaces and equipment that just put me on edge from the beginning. The technician barely spoke a word to me and didn’t really seem to care that the chairs were completely unsuitable and I couldn’t sit comfortably with my hands on the table. Overall, my gels look good and I guess that’s the main thing, but the experience is not what I look for in a salon so I won’t be back.
