Due to the poor timekeeping at the salon I was not able to have this appointment. I was made to wait over 25 minutes to be seen, at which point I requested a refund as the salon was not able to honour my appointment. I look forward to receiving this refund very soon.

I used to love coming here but the weekend staff aren't up to scratch. The girl I had gave me the worst gel manicure - painful and she made my cuticles bleed in four places! Happy to come during the week but not weekend..

Nails were filed down very painfully and aggressively. The lady then used a blade to push my cuticles back with such force I had to ask her to stop. This was followed by a buffer which cut the skin all around the nail bed. I was left with cuts and blood on 5 out of 10 fingers. The nail polish itself chipped within 1 day.
