Had very sore and red legs after waxing, which is unusual as have waxed for many years. A couple of days later some hair follicles looked as though they had infection from what I can only assume was unclean product and application - have never experienced this before.

Had new technician today who got huffy when I didn’t want her to use the drill type machine to remove my gels as I prefer it to be done manually. She also didn’t speak any English and didn’t understand basic requests like wanting an extra coat. The pedicure she did was also very average. A shame as I usually really like this salon but this new staff member wasn’t very good.
