Had new technician today who got huffy when I didn’t want her to use the drill type machine to remove my gels as I prefer it to be done manually. She also didn’t speak any English and didn’t understand basic requests like wanting an extra coat. The pedicure she did was also very average. A shame as I usually really like this salon but this new staff member wasn’t very good.

The girls are nice and do a really good pedi. It is crazy expensive at £87 if you don’t book through Treatwell to get the £36 rate.
