I don’t normally leave a review when I am unhappy, but I was most disappointed with the customer service.
My booking stated the appointment was 1hr50min & I ended up being there 2hr45min. No consideration for any alternative plans I may have had. After 2hrs & 20min when I had politely mentioned that this appointment was going over what I had anticipated, & I was told that there was an error with Treatwell’s timing & that the appointment should have taken that long. This was also the point I had been told “ohh so that’s why you’re in a mood”.. totally unacceptable.
Especially when I had specifically kept quiet to avoid a scene.
I even refrained from saying a single word when during the lady doing my pedicure buffed over my toes as well making them bleed.
I also have 5 gel nails that have chipped & peeled after 3 days.
Very disappointed with my experience & most of all the customer service. This is not the place for me & they’ve lost a customer because of it.

My appointment time was completely ignored and I was forced to wait 20 minutes. I was booked for shellac removal - it’s not shellac. Two staff members had to take them off and used an electric nail file. My nails are completely destroyed now they’re so thin. I was also charged double as she filed my nails after taking the gel off - an added extra??? Outrageous. The girls didn’t know how to use the till. I was mortified and couldn’t wait to get out.

result was lovely but she didnt soak the cuticles so that hurt quite a lot!
