I had a lot of time wasted trying to book a treatment with a female therapist and then was pretty much given a trainee or someone who didn’t know how to massage -15mins into the treatment I asked to reschedule - they sent someone in who sounded female my head was down - they were heavy handed and I’m left in a lot of pain and a knee pain when walking too - they were NOT female. Regardless of what they identify as they were biologically male.
