Awful awful awful. Have been coming here for years for 2 reasons, professionalism and quality. Both were lacking. The masseur pulled my hair 4x, (once is a mistake, twice is a mistake, third was highlighted to him, and it continued). Pressure was incredibly inconsistent and I highlighted it and let’s not get started on the end of the massage. You don’t want to complain - I tried to raise these directly with the venue but was told to follow up on email. Not looking for a refund, just a massage

This is not the fault of the place itself at all but one thing to be aware of before your visit is that parking is an issue for long treatments. My massage was 2hrs and the limit on parking on the roads nearby were all restricted so I felt a bit rushed. I was a bit surprised to be assigned a male masseur without notice ahead of time so while not a problem for me, it could be for others. Treatment itself was good, scented oil set a relaxing atmosphere and the room was clean and nicely presented
