I arrived at my appointment 5mins early so that there would be no delay as I had planned out the rest of my day on the finishing time of the appointment. I sat there for 20mins with no comment that the appointment was going to be late. 25mins later I finally asked how long it would be and they said a further 5mins as they were setting up the room. I let them know that I had another app right after and this would now run into asked for a refund but they declined.
