I waited almost half an hour for my treatment because they didn't realise I had booked online an hour and a half prior, the timing of which seemed to bother them. My therapist gave a really good massage but she was kind of rough and brusque so it was hard to actually relax during the treatment. I would probably not go back to this establishment.
