The blanket was smelly, so I asked to have it replaced. The therapist was a little rough and my hair was getting caught and pulled when the therapist was leaning forward. She apologised but I felt awkward and couldn’t relax. I’ve had hydrafacials before at this clinic but it’s the 1st time I had a rash the next day.
