Awful experience. The employee cut me twice and made me bleed, I had to ask her for tissue. The shape of my nails is all wrong, I pointed this out they are still a bit wonky. The acrylic doesn’t cover all my nails. The finishing is poor, I have a acrylic under my nails. I asked her to repaint two nails as the top coat was lumpy and she said something to her colleague in an annoyed tone. The repaint is worse. I will never pay in advance for a service I haven’t received. I actually feel like crying. I complained at the end to the manager and he just said sorry. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be going back. They get busy and they rush and then do shoddy treatments. I wish I could get a refund.
