The actual waxing was fantastic, the woman was friendly and kind and it was relatively painless, despite the fact I was very hairy! The general ambiance leaves a bit to be desired, I was in a room where the door didn't shut properly and it opened straight onto a corridor so as people came in I was fairly exposed. We were also interrupted a couple of times so it wasn't the most relaxing experience in that sense. However, again, the woman who did my waxing was brilliant and I'm sorry I didn't get her name so that I can review her better and also book with her again.
