I went in for a full leg and bikini line waxing (£18) as well as a full arms and underarms waxing (15) but I left disappointed and ended up getting less done and paying more. I recently shaved a couple weeks ago and my hairs were still too short to wax so the waxing was very patchy. Instead of telling me this in the beginning the aesthetician proceded to wax the hair. The hair was still left in places and since the hair was too short I opted to not have my underarms and bikini line waxed. When I went to pay I told the person at the desk I decided not to get my underarms and bikini line waxed, so how much would it cost? Not only did I pay full price but I paid extra for a half done job because I asked for hot wax. I paid £40 and left because I was getting late for my afternoon lecture. My aesthetician was new and needed more experience however that shouldn't be an excuse for a half done job. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I'm a regular customer but I don't think I will be coming back.

Awful experience. I left without even having the wax done. Staff had no idea what was going on. I was left without a towel, undressed In the waxing room as the woman was in and out as the room wasn’t set up. She then started a strip wax when I paid for the hot wax, and huffed when I mentioned this. I got up, dressed and left as by the time she had set up the room properly i had been there for way too long. Won’t be returning

I always go here for all my treatments. Such lovely ladies and good quality service. I understand it was busy today but I was left for a while in the room before someone was available to see me, I understand it was busy though!
